The Chevrolet Spark and Sonic MyLink integrated with Siri

A few days ago, I spoke about the new generation of the Chevrolet MyLink that the brand had announced and demonstrated its operation in a new Impala with an interesting video. Well today has confirmed that this system will be updated to be compatible with Siri.
Broadly speaking, Siri is an intelligent assistant that helps us do things just by asking. However, if you do not have an iPhone and have never used this system, I recommend that you take a look at this article about Siri and its operation that published our fellow AppleWeblog.
Chevrolet MyLink Siri
Returning to the news, Chevrolet has confirmed that early next year 2013 the U.S. versions of the Chevrolet Spark and  Sonic integrate Siri. Chevrolet MyLink system will be updated so that customers with an iPhone (4S or later) and iOS 6 can tell Siri various tasks while driving.

In addition, to reduce potential distractions, Siri incorporates handsfree, which allows users to interact with your iPhone simply by speaking.

Siri Functions and Chevrolet MyLink
These are some of the functions that users can perform with Siri in Eyes Free:
Make calls and voice-activated hands-free to iPhone contacts.
Play songs from your iTunes library, and even change the font automatically, from the AM / FM / XM to iPod mode.
Listen, write and send text or iMessage to a phone number or any person in the Contacts application.
Access to the calendar and add appointments.
Further reduce distractions preventing the iPhone screen is lit, even when Siri responds to simple questions, such as sports scores or dates of national holidays.
Eyes In Free mode, Siri does not answer complex questions requiring display a webpage.
Moreover, both the Spark and the Sonic include six months of OnStar service to prove Premium completely free of charge.
